Position: HR Officer (0.5-year-consultant)
Reporting to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Carry out the following tasks to insure effective human resources management in WWFChina: recruitment, including channel management, recruitment system and other HR related functions.
§According to WWF Chinabusiness strategy, policies and procedures to carry out talent acquisition work, including workforce planning, talent mapping,new media for recruitment and other recruitment related works.
§Own the whole recruitment process,provide recruitment expertise consultancy to line manager on channel definitionand candidate assessment based on job specific requirement.
üOpeningposition posting, refresh and maintain on recruiting channels.
üDraft of offer letter, assignment letter, labor contract and dispatch notice forcandidates.
üDraftof job list by 15th each month and announcement by 25theach month.
üAssistto revise the JD format such as job title format, punctuation etc.
§Utilizemultiple tools and approaches to identify the best candidates, develop apipeline of qualified candidates to plan for future hiring needs and trackprogress in internal system.
§Identify andassess a diverse candidate pool.
§Prepare HRreports, e.g. Monthly Internal Announcement, Job List, org-chart and workforceanalysis.
§Support otherfunctions in HR team:
üWorkon HR systems and ensure timely maintenance of all data and information (OA,Oracle and Concur)
üSupporton logistic work of HR trainings.
üCollectand Organize AIM data and documents.
üStafftravel insurance management.
§Other tasksallocated by manager.
§Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
§2-5 years’ working experience in recruitment, basicinterview, communication and negotiation skills; experience in editing/writingis preferred.
§Good team spirit, well organized, can work underpressure and optimistic.
§Quick learner, and eager to work in NGOenvironment.
